Don't let the task concern you. Our iD experts are here to help make this part of your identity program easy, too. Simply follow these four steps to create your true identity.

Contact our logo development team.

Before we begin, we'll need valuable input from you. Which is why we've put together a short questionnaire that will help us create the perfect logo for your staff.

Send us your artwork.

Once you've completed the questionnaire, return it via email along with your artwork. Preferred formats for electronic files are EPS, TIF, and JPEG. Don't have electronic files? No problem. Mail the questionnaire along with a business card, letterhead, or camera-ready artwork to:

Within one business day we'll confirm receipt of your embroidery request.

You can select up to nine colors for your logo and our design experts will coordinate thread colors for you.

Approve initial design.

After receiving your art, we will embroider your logo and email a picture for approval. Our logo development team is available to discuss any design details or changes needed and provide a quote at this time. Once the scanned image is approved, a design set-up fee will be charged to your credit card.

Revise an approved design.

To revise a logo that has been previously approved, please email the requested changes to our logo development team at

Approve FINAL design.

Once we receive your approval of the scanned image, we'll send you an embroidered sample and final approval form. We will need to receive a signed final approval form via fax before your merchandise can be personalized.
