Does your website feature all iD products?
All items featured in our new 2008 iD catalog are also featured on our website. On occasion we will offer a special promotion for items not featured in our catalog so be sure and check back on a regular basis to take advantage of these great offers.
How do I order an iD catalog on line?
Just click on the customer service tab at the top of our homepage and fill out the request for an iD catalog form when you submit the form your request is immediately sent to our customer service team. You should have your new iD catalog in a week.
Does iD offer specials that are only on the website?

What information do I need to supply you with in order to have my products embroidered?
You will first need to fill out the logo questionnaire on line and email it to customlogos@idbylandau.com with your logo file in either EPS, TIF or JPEG format and your PMS colors. In one business day we will confirm receipt of the information. After receiving your artwork we will embroider your logo and email you a picture of your approval. Our logo development team is available to discuss any design details or changes needed and provide a quote at the time. Once the scanned image is approved, a design set-up fee will be charged to your credit card. Once we receive approval of the scanned image, we will send you an embroidered swatch sample and final approval form. We will need to receive a signed final approval form via fax before your merchandise can be embroidered. Once your logo is approved, we will enter the information into our logo library so that you may place your future embroidered orders on line.

What are my payment options?
iD by Landau accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You may also download a credit application to apply for net 30 day terms.
How do I set up credit terms?
Simply download or print and fax the completed credit application found under customer service to iD?s credit department.
What if part of my order is backordered?
Out of stock items will be automatically backordered, unless otherwise stated. These items will ship as soon as they are back in stock.
Does iD accept international orders?
Yes, iD by Landau has the ability to bill and ship to many different countries throughout the world. We also have Spanish speaking customer service representatives to assist with order taking.
Does iD offer volume discounts?
Yes, iD offers volume discounts based on the quantity ordered per style.
What is iD's return policy?
Any unworn, unembellished, unaltered, unwashed garments may be returned for credit if returned within 30 days of invoice date. Garments must be in re-sellable condition.
Defective garments may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Clearly mark the defective area. By law, the garments must be washed before returning. Credit will be issued only after our Quality Control Department has inspected and determined that the garment was defective at the time of manufacturing.
Only returns accompanied with a Return Authorization Form and clearly marked as a return on the outside of the carton will be accepted by iD by Landau. To request a Return Authorization Number please call 866.608.4343 Option #4. Once you receive the RA number it must appear on the outside of all cartons or packages or the return will be refused. Send packages by UPS ground service or FedEx ground service. Do not return collect. Use shipping address as directed on Return Authorization Form.
Will taxes be applied to my order?
We are required to collect sales tax in all states.

What are my shipping options?
iD by Landau can ship your order via UPS ground or FedEx ground service. For large orders an LTL carrier may be used. iD will determine the shipping method by selecting the least expensive option that will allow your garments to arrive by your due date. Expedited One Day and Two Day UPS and Fed Ex methods are also available upon request.

How long will it take iD to process my order?
Once your logo is approved and credit authorized either via credit card or credit terms, iD will embroider and ship all in stock items within ten business days of receipt of order. All non-embroidered in stock orders will ship within 48 hours once credit card or credit terms are authorized.
